What is a karaoke room?

 

Instead of singing karaoke in front of strangers, you get the privacy of a room where you can let loose with a chosen group of friends, family, co-workers, frenemies...the audience is up to you! That makes private karaoke rooms perfect for anyone, ranging from shy singers to those who love to take center stage.

Chickadee's private karaoke rooms come equipped with access to 80,000 songs, televisions for lyrics, and custom A/V equipment imported from Japan.

How many rooms will you have?

Chickadee has four karaoke rooms that range in size to fit you in, whether you plan to duet or bring the whole crew.​

When Chickadee is nearing its opening date, return to this site to access an online reservation system.

Where is Chickadee located?

​

Chickadee is located at 24 Cottage Street in Easthampton. We are between Wedge Works and The Water's Fine, at the end of the block next to Nashawannuck Pond.

Where can I park?

 

In addition to free street parking, there are two free municipal lots just a two-minute walk from us: one at 50 Payson Avenue and another at 89 Cottage Street.

Do you sell food and drinks?

 

Chickadee will have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, including seltzers, sodas, and juices. In addition, we will stock a curated collection of beverages from Dry Humor, Easthampton's very own non-alcoholic bottle shop. We will have plenty of fun snacks available for purchase.

 

Can I bring alcoholic beverages?

 

Chickadee offers BYOB - bring your own alcoholic beverages! Open plastic cups are not allowed; please drink from a can or bottle.​ Be prepared to present a valid ID upon arrival. Anyone drinking without providing a valid ID forfeits the remainder of their group's session without refund.

Do you take walk-ins?

 

If a room is open before the next reservation, we'll get you right in to start the party.  Reservations are recommended.

Is there a minimum booking time?

 

Chickadee has a 1-hour minimum booking for our small and medium rooms. For our large room, we require a minimum 2-hour booking. 

 

What is your age policy?

 

We welcome singers of all ages until 9 pm. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older.

 

18+ only after 9 pm.

 

Can I book the whole venue?

 

You can! If you're looking to book all of Chickadee for your event, we offer discounted rates.  Subject to availability and blackout times.
